delphi 눈없이 봐
release: 15.01.2021
delphi, alternate title "눈없이 봐", meaning translates to "seeing without eyes", is apollo's debut song. in the mv the members are shown struggling through a dark and strange environment. reality mixes with imagination, creating a dull sense of intangible menace. the viewer doesn’t know more than the members if what they are seeing is truly happening or only exists in their heads. they seem to be searching for something, then are on the run again, seemingly oblivious to what they are looking for or who is chasing them. the song has a distressing, haunting and maddening vibe that is conveyed with a pressing urgency that draws the listener in.

maze
release: 11.05.2021

in contrast to delphi, apollo's second song, maze, seems almost lighthearted. quiet, peaceful scenes of the boys, coupled with the soulful melody evoke a nostalgic, almost melancholic feeling. however, this harmony is repeatedly interrupted by snippets of scenes showing the boys individually: one running through a huge maze, another standing in a huge hall. yet again, it is unclear what's actually happening and what's just in their imagination. in addition brief moments are inserted in which female silhouettes can be seen. the song seems almost lamenting and reaches its climax when the boys simultaneously reach a mirror in which venus, lili and midori, who were the silhouettes, disappear.

enigma
release: 26.06.2021
the third and so far darkest song from apollo is "enigma". as the name promises, the music video seems to explore a sinister mystery. it's unclear whether the members followed the girls from the last mv into the mirror, but the scenery has changed completely. while three of the boys are shown individually, apparently trying to break free from different places though solving riddles, the remaining two stay in a dark temple, one of them apparently injured. girls are seen again: one of them being bingbing holding a glass with mysterious contents, the other being ivy laying on the floor amidst broken glass. the song has an ominous tone that builds and builds as the boys try to solve their riddles in vain.
